Hi Johnny, My name is Pam and I believe we met when you toured England, United Kingdom, in the mid 60's. I was with my boyfriend, who was in the supporting group when you sang at the George Ballroom in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You and I sat on the balcony overlooking the stage while my boyfriend's group were on stage. We hatted all the time they played. You were very interesting and likeable, easy to be with. You wore a lot of white gold jewellery which made you look so debonair, I was very attracted to you, you were so handsome and charismatic. I recall you asked me to tour with you to keep you company, (wasn't I a fool to say no!) I was very tempted, you were so nice. Later, in your dressing room, you asked if I'd like to leave while you got changed so as not to embarrass me. You were such a gentleman. My boyfriend's group stayed with you and I discretely left. If you are the Johnny Thunder I met way back then, you probably don't remember me, but I've never forgotten you, and I've often told the story of our meeting ......... not just because you are famous, but because you made me feel so good. bye for now Johnny, thank you for the walk down memory lane, Luv Pam xxx

With my parents, I just saw/heard you on the Nordic Empress last week. You were, in a word, FANTASTIC!!!! I have seen you before in Toronto. Motown is a personnal favourite venue for our family. I purchased one of your C.D.s on board, and we listened to it on our way home from Toronto airport. Johnny, The show Saturday night was great. Us old Little Darlin's people miss shows like that!! Thanks for entertaining us. I'm not sure anyone ever told you. Joe Mandarini (who used to stand in the corner at Little Darlin's) passed away earlier this year. We had been thinking of him because his birthday was coming up. Joe's wife called one of my friends to tell her. I know you used to say Hi to him during the shows at Little Darlin's all the time. I thought I would let you know in case no one had told you. I hadn't seen him in a couple of years but have great memories of Joe. He always enjoyed you at Little Darlin's. I'm sure he's watching concerts of those who have passed up in heaven now!! You told the audiance to go to your website and type in your favorite word wich is "YEAAAAAAAAHH!!!"
